Mental Health First Aid is an opportunity to get equipped with the knowledge needed to serve those in our community who are suffering from the symptoms a mental health challenge. The more knowledge we can acquire the better able we are to fulfill the mandate “Bear one another’s burden’s, and so fulfill the law of Christ.”
