Redemption Kids

We seek to see whole families flourish at Redemption.

Gospel-Centered Families Grow Best Together

As your church family, we provide you with many tools, resources, and opportunities to grow and lead your family.

Parents are free to bring their children into the worship service or check them in to Redemption Kids – a safe, fun, Bible-centered environment for children on Sunday mornings.

We believe that parents are called to be the primary spiritual leaders of their families.

Our Classrooms

  • Nursery: Ages 0-2
Our classroom best suited for infants and babies. Feel free to check in and leave a diaper bag with our volunteers. Snacks are offered for older babies during the class.
  • Toddler: Ages 2-3
Our classroom best suited for walking and running toddlers. It is not necessary for your child to be potty trained, as a changing table is provided in addition to volunteer assisted potty breaks. Snacks and water are offered during the class.
  • Pre-K & K: Ages 4-6
Our classroom best suited for talking and reading children that are approaching and or attending kindergarten. This classroom provides a craft for your child reflective of the sermon material for the week. Snacks are offered during the class.
  • Elementary: 1st grade – 5th grade
Our classroom best suited for children in 1st grade and above up to 5th grade. This classroom provides a craft, activity and discussion reflective of the sermon material for the week. Snacks are offered during the class.

All of our classrooms take part in the Gospel Project for Kids curriculum. In the Nursery and Toddler classes kids are introduced to the Bible with a short story, colorful pictures and a hands on activity that help them experience the story. There is also snack time and free play time with age-appropriate toys. The PreK/Kindergarten and Elementary classes gather together for Roundup. This is a time for them to worship and listen to the story for the week. After the story they go back to their classrooms for a time of discussion, activities and snack.

All of our classroom volunteers undergo a screening and training process, and are truly excited to love your kids and teach them about Jesus.

First Time Guests

To ensure smooth check-in on your first visit, arrive a couple minutes early and go to our Check-In to the left of the theatre. Our Children’s Director will be happy to assist you in registering your family in our secure check-in program, answering any questions you might have, and directing you to your classroom.

Redemption Kids is made possible by volunteers who want to provide intentional, loving care for the children in our community. Our volunteers go through a thorough screening process, which includes an application and background check, age appropriate training, and classroom observation.

If you would like to volunteer with Redemption Kids, you can email our Redemption Kids Director, Rachel Hartke, for more information.
